A three-sided mobile LED advertising vehicle on the streets of Hong Kong. No website, no booking system, no pipeline, no contacts, no reps. Novar built the entire commercial layer and shipped it in 20 days.
Light Fantastic operates the Prism: a mobile, three-sided LED medium that routes through Mong Kok, Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui, at street level, at the moment people decide where to spend.
The medium was ready. Everything needed to sell it was not. Advertisers had nowhere to look, nowhere to book, and no one calling them. Inventory was a spreadsheet. There was no pipeline, because there was nothing to put in one.
Any web presence at all
A way for an advertiser to book
Live inventory, what's sold, what's left
A CRM, a pipeline, a rep process
Verified decision-maker contacts
Not a website with a contact form. A connected commercial stack where an outbound email and a booked advertiser are two ends of the same instrumented pipeline: designed, built, integrated and deployed in 20 days.
Six-page brand site built from nothing: the Prism, coverage, campaign windows, how it works. Deployed on edge infrastructure at lightfantastic.tv.
Static · CloudflareAdvertisers select a campaign window and reserve live, against real inventory. Every booking writes a timestamped record the moment it lands.
Live endpointFour campaign windows, twenty advertiser packages each. The site reads authoritative inventory from Novar, never a stale number, never a double-sold window.
Real-timeCampaign windows built around Hong Kong's four peak retail moments, with day-by-day Prism routing across five locations published to advertisers.
Scheduling engineHubSpot configured end to end: pipeline stages, automated live-lead routing, deal-to-inventory sync, and a branded rep guide so a new seller is productive on day one.
HubSpotDecision-makers sourced, enriched and verified across 84 Hong Kong sub-sectors: the people who actually sign off advertising spend, not a scraped list.
Enriched · VerifiedThe full stack is in production. The reservation system is taking bookings, inventory is live, the pipeline is wired, and reps are working leads against the Singles' Day window (7 to 13 November 2026).
Campaign results will be published as the first windows close. We'd rather show you the machine than a number we haven't earned yet.
Novar builds the entire go-to-market layer (site, booking, inventory, CRM, contacts, outreach) and then runs it. Light Fantastic started from zero. Most don't. That's usually easier, not harder.
