Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Novar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

Novar is a B2B sales automation platform that uses AI to research prospects, generate personalised email sequences, make AI voice calls, and book meetings. The service is provided on a subscription basis and is subject to the limits of your chosen plan.

Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the service on behalf of any person or organisation you are not authorised to represent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used for unlawful purposes.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Free trials last 14 days from account creation. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service.

Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Novar only for lawful B2B sales outreach. You must not use the service to send unsolicited emails in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL), to harass individuals, or to contact people who have opted out of communication.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails and calls made through the platform, and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

Podium Labs Ltd owns all rights to the Novar platform, including its software, design, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Novar - your prospect lists, company data, and generated content. You grant us a limited licence to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of liability

Novar is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podium Labs Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
